Telmaxx Inc warrants all products sold by it to be free from defects in material  and workmanship for the  period specified by the manufacturer. This warranty is extended on to the original purchaser .

Telmaxx shall, at it's option, either repair or replace, any such products  or parts which are defective within the warranty period .All return shipments are made F.O.B. Telmaxx warehouse. There is no warranty on products which have been modified, ajusted, neglected ,abused, or improperly operated or maintained. 

Telmaxx liability under this warranty or any other warranty whether expressed or implied in law or fact shall be limited to repair or replacement of defective material and workmanship, and in no event shall Telmaxx be liable for consequential or indirect damages, including freight or charges of any kind .

Telmaxx coin phones have dual functions, as a regular phone and coin phone. Responsibility of type of use ,rates, and related regulations will be at the sole discretion of the telephone owner ,including federal ,state  or local regulations.

Returns:

All returns must be made  within 30 days of purchase an d is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
